About the role

Responsibilities
- Assist in taking off quantities from drawings and conducting site measurements.
- Track executed quantities against budgeted amounts and maintain cost records.
- Review contractor and subcontractor payment claims under supervision.
- Support the preparation of payment recommendations and variation cost assessments.
- Assist in preparing bills of quantities, schedules, and pricing documents.
- Support procurement by analyzing quotations and comparing rates.
- Develop detailed baseline construction programmes and integrate design, procurement, and construction activities into the master schedule.
- Update project schedules monthly and track actual progress against planned activities.
