Responsibilities
- Monitor and accurately document patient conditions and progress.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health management.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Provide high-quality patient care.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification is compulsory.
- Valid practicing license.
- Minimum of 12 months of clinical experience.
- Registered Midwife (RM) qualification is an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
