About the role
Smartflow Technologies Limited is Nigeria’s leading Flow and Level Automation company. We provide cost-effective solutions for fuelling systems, including pumps and dispensers. We are looking for a dedicated Pump Technician to join our team in Abuja (FCT) on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain retail filling station equipment.
- Respond to customer inquiries with clear explanations and solutions.
- Perform routine maintenance to prevent future technical issues.
- Identify and resolve technical problems using diagnostic tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of issues, solutions, and customer interactions.
- Report activities to supervisors in a timely manner.
- Participate in training to stay updated on new technologies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- OND, HND, or B.Sc Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related fields.
- Good knowledge of Health and Safety Standards.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with dispensing pumps and electric motors is an added advantage.
