About the role
Sunik Group Nigeria is looking for a Property Manager to join their team in Uyo, Akwa Ibom. This is a full-time position with a monthly salary of N100,000. You will play a key part in managing properties and growing the company’s client base.
Responsibilities
- Win new clients, partners, and investors.
- Manage additional properties and ensure owner satisfaction.
- Generate sales leads and close deals.
- Provide monthly reports on sales and income.
- Collect rent and submit timely reports to owners.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in property management or real estate.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with clients.
- A proven track record of meeting targets.
- A degree in Estate Management or Business.
