About the role
Nautilus Nigeria Engineering and Construction Limited (NNEC) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee major capital projects valued over $500 million. This full-time position is based in Lagos and focuses on delivering high-quality, cost-effective, and on-schedule engineering and project management services for the oil and gas industry.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and finalize major capital projects within budget and deadlines.
- Define project governance policies and manage financial concerns.
- Lead the Project Team and Project Leadership Team (PLT).
- Integrate development planning and sub-surface team work products into overall project plans.
- Manage co-venture, commercial, and government relationships.
- Communicate with all organizational levels and external vendors as needed.
Requirements
- BS or MS in Engineering.
- Proficiency in project management skills, including execution planning, contracting, cost estimating, and project controls.
- Experience in one or more technical disciplines such as Marine, Facilities, Subsea, Pipelines, or Structures.
- Experience in executing major capital projects in the oil and gas industry.
- Experience on international projects, including at least two overseas assignments.
- Strong leadership, personnel management, and interpersonal skills.
