About the role
Isaacworthub LLC is a fast-growing experiential and creative company delivering exceptional brand experiences across Africa. We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Project Manager who has a proven track record in experiential marketing, event production, or creative agency environments. This is a live events role, not an IT or construction position.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of multiple experiential projects, from ideation to final load-out.
- Develop detailed project plans, critical paths, and production timelines to ensure flawless execution.
- Oversee fabrication teams and interpret technical designs to supervise the construction of custom brand assets and stages.
- Source and manage third-party vendors, including production rentals, suppliers, and technical teams.
- Act as the primary bridge between internal creative teams, account managers, and external partners.
- Lead on-site activations and troubleshoot live operational issues under high-pressure scenarios.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and venue structural regulations.
Requirements
- 4–5+ years of active project management experience strictly within an experiential marketing agency, live event production company, or creative brand activation environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Project Management, Marketing, Industrial Design, or a related field (PMP/PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage).
- Demonstrated ability to interpret 3D architectural/scenographic renders, floor plans, and technical production layouts.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Monday.com), Microsoft Excel, and presentation tools.
- Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including late nights, weekends, and travel to on-site project locations.
