About the role
Khadasha Innovations Africa is an innovation-driven company helping startups and SMEs access global opportunities. We are looking for a capable and independent Project/Design Architect to join our team in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. You will take ownership of the design process from initial concept to site execution, ensuring high-quality standards and seamless collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D models, visualizations, and architectural renders to communicate design intent.
- Develop clear and practical architectural concepts and design proposals.
- Lead client meetings and incorporate feedback efficiently.
- Produce precise working drawings and construction documentation.
- Maintain organized project files to ensure team-wide accessibility.
- Conduct routine site inspections to monitor project execution.
- Coordinate architectural designs with structural and MEP consultants.
Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Architecture is strictly required.
- Minimum of 2 years of active, hands-on experience in an architectural firm.
- Expert-level proficiency in Revit is mandatory.
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Competence in Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and reporting.
- Solid understanding of site operations and construction methodologies.
