About the role
TeamAce Limited is hiring a Project Coordinator to support a reputable organization in the FMCG & Manufacturing sector. You will help manage multiple projects, ensuring that schedules, deliverables, costs, and stakeholder activities are handled effectively from start to finish. This is a full-time position based in Sagamu, Ogun, with a monthly salary range of N500,000 to N600,000.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily project activities, including schedules, milestones, deliverables, and site visits.
- Support the Senior Project Manager in executing projects on time.
- Liaise with contractors, consultants, and vendors to track progress and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate project documentation such as contracts, reports, and payment certificates.
- Support commercial activities like cost estimates, interim valuations, and tender submissions.
- Coordinate project reporting, stakeholder meetings, and administrative follow-ups.
Requirements
- B.Sc. Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related built-environment discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Project Coordination, Quantity Surveying, Construction, or Industrial/Manufacturing projects.
- Strong project management skills with experience managing schedules and multiple workstreams.
- Working knowledge of BoQs, measurements, interim valuations, and contract administration.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project scheduling tools.
- NIQS membership or pursuit is an advantage.
