Responsibilities
- Initiate and direct new research efforts.
- Provide mentorship to junior academics.
- Supervise postgraduate students.
- Contribute to administrative functions within the faculty.
Requirements
- Ph.D. degree.
- Must have been a Reader for at least two years, or possess not less than 10 years of teaching and research experience in a university.
- At least 25 scholarly publications in high-impact journals, both locally and internationally.
- Experience in grantsmanship.
- Considerable administrative experience.
- Digital literacy.
