About the role
Rotic Aluminium Extrusion is a growing company in Anambra dedicated to high-standard aluminium profiles. We are looking for a Production Manager to lead daily operations, improve efficiency, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. This is a full-time, on-site leadership position.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations across multiple shifts.
- Ensure production targets are met while controlling waste and unit costs.
- Track raw material consumption and support accurate stock management.
- Apply Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and lean manufacturing practices.
- Provide training and mentorship to operators to enhance performance.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts and enforce standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with maintenance, quality assurance, logistics, and planning departments.
- Manage shift schedules, workforce allocation, and production line productivity.
- Maintain precise records, production reports, and performance dashboards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related Technical field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in production supervision or plant operations.
- Hands-on experience with TPM, 5S, and other lean tools.
- Strong leadership, team coordination, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (Odoo experience is a plus).
- Ability to analyze production data and make actionable decisions.
- Willingness to live on-site in Awka is strongly preferred.
