About the role
Revent Technologies Limited is a technology solutions provider offering bespoke software design, development, and advisory services. We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the delivery and continuous improvement of our digital products. You will translate business objectives and customer needs into clear requirements, prioritise the product backlog, and collaborate with technology and business teams to deliver high-value solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Engineering, UX/UI, QA, Business, Risk, Compliance, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Ensure products meet applicable security, regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements.
- Gather and translate business and customer requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Own and prioritise the product backlog based on business value, customer impact, risk, and technical considerations.
- Identify product risks, dependencies, and opportunities and drive timely resolution.
- Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
- Track product performance and define KPIs to measure adoption, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes.
- Facilitate refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and other Agile ceremonies where required.
- Make informed product decisions using customer feedback, data, market insights, and business objectives.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in Product Management/Product Ownership, preferably within banking, fintech, or financial services.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Proven experience managing product backlogs, writing user stories, and defining acceptance criteria.
- Experience with digital banking, payments, lending, cards, or other financial products is an advantage.
