About the role
DKT International is a social marketing organization dedicated to providing safe and affordable family planning and HIV prevention options. We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the brand strategy and demand generation for two key products: the Lydia IUD and the Progesta Injectable. This full-time position is based in Lagos and focuses on building sustained demand among healthcare providers and consumers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans, including positioning, messaging, and budget management for both products.
- Design and manage demand generation campaigns across digital, traditional, and field-based channels.
- Partner with Clinical Services and Training teams to align marketing messages with provider training and clinical credibility.
- Create channel-specific marketing toolkits for pharmacies, hospitals, and wholesale partners.
- Track marketing KPIs such as volume growth, market share, and campaign performance to ensure ROI.
- Ensure all promotional materials comply with NAFDAC and other relevant regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Health Sciences, or a related field. An MBA or postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in product or brand marketing, preferably in pharmaceutical, FMCG, or health commodities sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to execute campaigns that drive volume and market share, not just brand awareness.
- Experience marketing to both B2B (healthcare providers) and B2C (consumer) audiences.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work with digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance for health product promotion is highly desirable.
