About the role
Paga is a licensed financial services company in Nigeria dedicated to making money access simple for everyone. As a Product Manager, you will take ownership of specific products and features, driving both strategic direction and tactical execution. You will work within a full-stack product development team that uses Agile (Scrum) methodologies to deliver digital financial solutions.
Responsibilities
- Drive strategic and tactical decision-making for assigned products and features.
- Oversee the development of new products and features from ideation to post-deployment curation.
- Engage with end-users and marketing teams to refine product vision.
- Continuously improve existing products through qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Collaborate with industry partners to achieve product goals.
- Utilize remote communication tools to maintain clear collaboration with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 3+ years of product management or similar product development experience.
- Experience with Agile product development methodologies.
- Strong strategic and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
