About the role
The Concept Group is a holding company established in 1992, with subsidiaries including Rosabon Financial Services, Concept Nova, and Percy Aitkins. We are seeking a Product Growth Manager to drive market growth and take full ownership of our product portfolio’s performance. This is a high-ownership role with real autonomy, ambitious growth targets, and direct influence on revenue, customer acquisition, and market share.
Responsibilities
- Develop digital-first product strategies that improve user experience, adoption, and retention.
- Align stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Marketing, Legal & Compliance, and leadership around a bold product vision.
- Build and execute growth strategies for target markets, backed by customer research, data, and competitive intelligence.
- Lead and mentor an Associate Product Growth Manager toward independent product ownership.
- Track KPIs, run monthly performance reviews, and prepare quarterly business reviews for leadership.
- Own product strategy end to end, from positioning and differentiation to go-to-market and lifecycle management.
Requirements
- 4+ years in product management, product strategy, or business development.
- 2+ years driving product growth in financial services, fintech, or a similar B2B/B2C environment.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with real commercial acumen.
- A track record of taking products from strategy to profitability.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership.
- Bonus: agile experience, and exposure to investment products or financial services.
