EHA Clinics, a subsidiary of eHealth Africa, is a healthcare network operating across Nigeria. We provide innovative, data-driven, and technology-enabled services, including general consultations, laboratory investigations, pharmaceuticals, and specialized care. We are looking for a Practice & Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team in Tofa, Kano.
This role is part of the REACH program, which aims to close healthcare gaps by bringing quality and affordable services directly to communities. You will be responsible for coordinating daily administrative activities, supervising support staff, and ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality care.
Responsibilities
- Develop medical policies and procedures while monitoring adherence.
- Assess trends in client healthcare needs to develop new and existing services.
- Review medical KPIs and OKRs regularly to provide ongoing advice to clinical staff.
- Organize and assign duties to clinical team members and oversee staff schedules.
- Evaluate the performance of clinical team members and conduct performance evaluations.
- Supervise patient care delivery and the onboarding of new staff.
- Conduct face-to-face medical consultations and provide remote clinical support.
- Resolve complaints diplomatically and identify solutions to team issues.
Requirements
- Degree in Medicine (MBBS, MbChB, MD, or DO) from a recognized university conforming to MDCN guidelines.
- Completion of compulsory internship and a minimum of 2 years of post-NYSC experience.
- Up-to-date registration and license from the MDCN.
- Completion of BLS and ACLS certifications.
