About the role
LexMedical is looking for a Platform Adoption Officer to help partner hospitals in Lagos effectively use our digital healthcare services. You will be temporarily stationed at assigned hospitals to guide staff, doctors, and patients through the platform. This is an operational, non-clinical position focused on supporting adoption and basic user assistance.
Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding of hospital staff and doctors onto the LexMedical platform.
- Assist patients with accessing and navigating the digital service.
- Help with appointment scheduling, confirmation, and basic follow-up coordination.
- Provide first-level assistance with login, navigation, and connectivity issues.
- Escalate technical or operational issues to the appropriate teams.
- Track platform activity and provide daily or weekly operational updates.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with data-protection requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum of an OND, NCE, HND, or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in customer service, healthcare support, or administration is an advantage.
- Comfortable using smartphones, computers, and web-based applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work onsite and move between assigned partner locations.
