About the role
Multichem Nigeria, now part of the Solevo Group, is a well-established distributor of specialty chemicals and raw materials. We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our Commercial Chemicals department in Lagos. This is a full-time position where you will play a key role in driving sales and managing customer relationships within the pigment and ink sector.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the pigment and ink market.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for various types of pigments.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and expand the customer base.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the chemical or pigment/ink industry.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of different types of pigments and their applications.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical abilities. Understanding of regulatory requirements in the chemical industry is a plus.
