About the role
Castville Solutions is seeking a qualified and dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join a busy community pharmacy in Lagos. This full-time position offers a monthly salary between ₦150,000 and ₦190,000. The role is based in either Yaba or Victoria Island, and candidates are required to live in or around these areas. Please note that accommodation is not provided.
Responsibilities
- Assist the pharmacist in preparing and dispensing medications.
- Receive and process prescriptions accurately.
- Provide basic medication usage information to patients as directed by the pharmacist.
- Manage stock levels, including receiving, shelving, and monitoring expiry dates.
- Maintain accurate pharmacy records and documentation.
- Assist customers with over-the-counter (OTC) medications and health products.
- Ensure the pharmacy environment remains clean and organized.
- Support daily operations and ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations.
Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Pharmacy Technician from a recognized institution.
- Registration with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN) is mandatory.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a community pharmacy is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Residency in or around Yaba or Victoria Island, Lagos.
