About the role
ASI Ukpo Comprehensive Cancer Centre is a premier cancer treatment facility in Nigeria and West Africa. We utilize advanced equipment and latest techniques to treat all forms of cancer while contributing to training and research. We are currently seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join our team in Cross River on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities
- Accurately label, package, and store medications.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
- Maintain proper inventory and stock levels.
- Process prescriptions and manage patient records.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff.
- Assist in dispensing medications under the supervision of a pharmacist.
Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Pharmacy Technician course.
- Valid license or practice certification (where applicable).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate medication records and ensure proper handling of pharmaceutical supplies.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience is an added advantage.
