About the role
Castville Solutions is a recruitment and business solutions provider specializing in the healthcare sector. They are looking for a dedicated NYSC Corps Member Pharmacist to join their team. This is a full-time position with two openings available. The role focuses on supporting daily pharmacy operations, providing pharmaceutical care, and ensuring excellent patient service.
Responsibilities
- Dispense prescribed medications accurately and counsel patients on proper usage.
- Ensure proper storage and arrangement of pharmaceutical products.
- Assist in stock management, including taking inventory and checking expiry dates.
- Process prescriptions and maintain accurate patient records.
- Provide drug information and health advice to customers and patients.
- Collaborate with the Superintendent Pharmacist and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain compliance with PCN regulations and pharmacy ethics.
- Participate in health awareness and community outreach programs where required.
Requirements
- Currently undergoing NYSC with a PPA posting letter.
- Pharm.D degree from an accredited university.
- Valid Pharmacist registration (provisional license) is an added advantage.
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
