About the role
Bluconvalley Limited is a technology-driven company focused on software design and digital transformation. We are looking for a Personal Assistant to serve as the operational right hand to the CEO. This hybrid role combines executive support with commercial duties, including sourcing products in Alaba Market and managing digital inventory workflows.
Responsibilities
- Market Sourcing: Navigate Alaba Market to source, inspect, and procure products as directed by the CEO.
- Vendor Liaison: Negotiate prices, verify quality, and build relationships with local merchants.
- Executive Support: Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel, and correspondence while preparing briefing notes for meetings.
- Tech & AI Integration: Use Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and AI tools to streamline research, drafting, and workflow execution.
- Financial Tracking: Reconcile receipts, track budgets, and maintain accurate records of petty cash and procurement expenses.
- On-Site Presence: Report consistently to the Alaba International Market office and maintain high mobility for task execution.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a high-speed operational support role.
- Deep familiarity with how Alaba Market operates, including negotiation skills and physical stamina.
- High tech-literacy with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and AI tools.
- Good foundational knowledge of basic accounting and bookkeeping.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability to work full-time on-site at the Alaba International Market office.
