About the role
Our client, a premium bridal fashion brand, is seeking a People & Systems Manager to join their team in Lagos. This role focuses on using integrated business-management platforms like Zoho to connect workflows, automate processes, and improve organizational visibility. You will be responsible for building and managing the systems, processes, and administrative structures needed for the business to operate efficiently and to a high standard.
Responsibilities
- Business Operations: Identify operational bottlenecks, maintain dashboards, coordinate customer and vendor commitments, and build Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Systems Integration: Develop and manage workflows across CRM, HR, and inventory using Zoho or comparable platforms. Own system implementation, data quality, and user training.
- Human Resources: Maintain HR records, coordinate performance reviews, manage recruitment and onboarding, and support employee relations and disciplinary processes.
- Learning & Development: Assess training needs, coordinate internal and external trainers, and manage the company’s training calendar and onboarding programs.
- Performance Management: Monitor team performance, support managers in setting expectations, and coordinate company-wide KPI and feedback processes.
Requirements
- 5 years of relevant experience in business operations, administration, HR, or organizational systems.
- Strong hands-on experience implementing or administering Zoho applications is highly desirable.
- Demonstrable experience mapping processes, configuring workflows, and using automation to improve execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Human Resources, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong project management, documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience in fashion, retail, luxury, or consumer goods is an advantage.
