About the role
Work Evolve Limited is seeking a Partnership & Community Manager to lead strategic initiatives in the sportsbooks and gaming sector. Based in Ikeja, Lagos, this full-time position reports to the Head of Marketing or Commercial Director. The role focuses on identifying and managing partnerships that enhance brand visibility and customer base growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships to drive brand and customer growth.
- Develop relationships with sports entities, creators, influencers, and community organizations.
- Drive measurable impact in brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement.
- Track partnership performance, engagement metrics, and return on investment (ROI).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in partnerships, community management, or brand activations.
- Demonstrable experience in the sportsbook, gaming, or sports entertainment industry.
- Strong skills in relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Good understanding of sports, creator, and community ecosystems.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills to track performance and ROI.
