About the role
Moniepoint Incorporated is a global business payments and banking platform serving over 600,000 businesses. We are looking for a Packaging Officer to join our Repair Operations team in Port Harcourt. This onsite role is central to maintaining product quality and ensuring packaging workflow compliance.
Responsibilities
- Receive QA-approved refurbished terminals and verify they meet packaging criteria, including chargers, cables, and labels.
- Log every packaged terminal in the system with full details and track performance against targets.
- Maintain accurate records of packaged and unpackaged terminals, reporting any discrepancies immediately.
- Reject damaged or non-compliant terminals and return them for re-evaluation.
- Collaborate with repair and QA teams to suggest improvements to the packaging workflow.
Requirements
- OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Prior experience in electronics handling, warehouse packaging, or operations support is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow structured workflows.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Physical stamina to handle devices for extended periods in a warehouse environment.
