About the role
De Tastee Fried Chicken Limited is seeking an Outlet Manager to join our team in Lagos. This is a full-time position focused on leading daily operations and driving growth. Responsibilities
- Supervise section schedules and train sales and production managers.
- Monitor budgets to control expenses and implement cost reduction strategies.
- Maintain strong customer relations and manage the customer database.
- Ensure high-quality food is produced and served consistently.
- Enforce strict adherence to recipes to prevent stock-outs.
- Maintain high standards in line with the organization’s vision and goals.
- Liaise with Audit and Accounts heads to ensure smooth outlet operations.
- Ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
- Review operating reports and develop comprehensive reports for management.
- Ensure personnel and environmental hygiene and safety.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure raw material availability and quality.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar field.
- A Bachelor’s Degree.
- Excellent data analytics skills.
- Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
- Ability to interpret financial data to set production goals.
- Excellent managerial and supervisory skills.
- Extensive knowledge of operations and production management.
