About the role
Ascentech Services Limited is seeking an experienced Electronics Retail Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and commercial performance of the electronics category within a retail outlet in Lagos. This full-time position focuses on driving sales and margins, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the electronics sales team.
- Monitor staff performance and manage manpower effectively.
- Ensure compliance with commercial targets and accurate price displays.
- Drive sales growth and achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Monitor product availability and ensure timely replenishment of fast-moving items.
- Manage stock losses, shrinkage, and inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate sales returns, refunds, and after-sales service issues.
- Prepare and submit sales, inventory, and operational reports.
- Ensure proper execution of promotional activities and in-store marketing.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in electronics retail or consumer electronics.
- Proven experience managing a retail store or electronics department.
- Good understanding of retail operations, sales processes, and stock management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to prepare basic reports.
