About the role
Ascentech Services Limited is looking for an experienced Outlet Concept Manager to lead Bakery and HMR (Heat and Ready Meal) operations at a store in Abuja (FCT). This full-time position reports to the Store Manager and focuses on ensuring high-quality production, efficient resource use, and strong customer satisfaction while maintaining safety and hygiene standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily and weekly Bakery and HMR production planning and scheduling.
- Monitor product consistency, quality, and support new product development.
- Manage inventory, procurement, receiving, and dispatch of production resources.
- Ensure proper maintenance and optimization of production equipment.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff while supervising performance.
- Manage budgets, sales strategies, and business performance reports.
- Monitor sales, margins, shrinkage, and overall P&L performance.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and support merchandising activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in the Retail Industry.
- 3–4 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong experience in Bakery/HMR production and retail operations.
- Knowledge of production planning, inventory management, quality control, and P&L management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and people-management skills.
- Willingness to work extended hours when required.
