About the role
Theshopthera sells mobile phone accessories both offline and online. They are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Officer to join their team in Abuja (FCT). This full-time position focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient order processing and delivery operations.
Responsibilities
- Process and confirm customer orders accurately and on time for both online and in-store sales.
- Coordinate production, packing, and logistics to ensure smooth dispatch.
- Maintain updated order records and monitor stock levels.
- Prepare orders for dispatch with proper labeling and documentation.
- Communicate delivery updates and resolve any fulfillment concerns promptly.
- Report discrepancies, shortages, or damaged items to the Inventory or CX Lead.
Requirements
- OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree.
- Proven experience in order fulfillment, logistics coordination, or operations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with little supervision.
- Familiarity with order management systems, POS, or spreadsheets is an advantage.
