We are looking for an Operations Support Personnel to join our team in Lekki, Lagos. This role involves supporting the division’s operational activities, contributing to revenue matters, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on projects and change control processes.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile transactions processed through Swift and RTGS platforms for PAPSS participants.
- Investigate and monitor Swift/RTGS transaction processing to resolve exceptions timely.
- Generate periodic reports on payments, analyze trends, and provide ad hoc management reports.
- Identify and report suspicious transactions using available tools and professional judgment.
- Provide feedback on system challenges, bugs, and desired new features.
- Analyze and resolve settlement and operational issues escalated by customer service or partners.
- Render statutory and regulatory returns as required.
- Configure rate changes, service fees, and other front-end updates.
- Facilitate training for new users on the platform.
Requirements
- B.Sc. Degree.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience.
