About the role
Platform Finance Company Limited is a licensed finance company offering financial solutions to individuals, salary earners, SMEs, and corporate organizations. We are looking for a dedicated Operations Officer to join our team in Lekki, Lagos on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities
- Process approved reversals, adjustments, and transaction bookings.
- Follow up on incomplete customer documentation and verify its completeness.
- Support customer dispute resolution by providing transaction records.
- Post approved transactions into the CBA and perform daily checks and reconciliations.
- Maintain customer transaction files and accurate records.
- Process investment bookings, liquidations, and approved loan disbursements.
- Generate daily operational reports and escalate system errors or discrepancies.
- Perform customer KYC checks and ensure transaction instructions are properly authorized.
- Process customer account opening and onboarding.
Requirements
Qualified candidates should have relevant experience in financial operations, transaction processing, or customer service within the banking or financial services sector.
