About the role
BMHR Consulting Limited is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing luxury beauty and aesthetics clinic. This is a full-time leadership position based in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. The role is designed for a highly organised and proactive professional who is passionate about excellence. You will oversee the day-to-day running of the business, improve efficiency, drive team performance, and ensure an outstanding client experience.
Responsibilities
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, punctuality, and productivity.
- Oversee the daily operations of the clinic.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in an Operations Manager or similar leadership role.
- Experience in the beauty, wellness, healthcare, or hospitality sector.
- Preferably a female candidate.
