Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and performance.
- Oversee daily business operations and prepare work schedules.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Manage operational resources, equipment, vehicles, and materials.
- Ensure client services are delivered as agreed and coordinate logistics.
- Monitor service quality, resolve operational issues, and liaise with clients.
- Collaborate with HR on staffing and disciplinary matters.
- Supervise operational teams and monitor costs to reduce unnecessary expenses.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 3 years of relevant experience.
