About the role
KannyVic Enterprise Consult is a fast-growing agribusiness and climate-smart infrastructure company. We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in integrated farm developments, infrastructure, construction, or donor-funded initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Lead project implementation from initiation to handover.
- Coordinate contractors, consultants, and project teams.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
- Manage procurement and contract administration.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement with investors, government agencies, and communities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Architecture, or a related field.
- 8–15 years of progressive project management experience.
- Proven experience managing integrated farm projects, infrastructure, construction, or donor-funded programmes.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with project management platforms like Asana, Monday.com, or Primavera P6.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM are preferred.
