Joefelin Resources is seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to join their team in Alimosho, Lagos. This full-time position involves overseeing various departments to ensure smooth daily operations and high service standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily workflows across front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and banquet services.
- Ensure the property complies with local health, fire safety, and legal regulations.
- Monitor operational expenses, manage inventory, track KPIs, and assist in budget preparation.
- Maintain high guest satisfaction standards from check-in to check-out, including handling escalated complaints.
- Handle recruitment, training, shift scheduling, daily briefings, and performance evaluations for department teams.
Requirements
Qualified candidates should have relevant experience in operations management, staff supervision, and compliance within the hospitality or service industry.
