Responsibilities
- Provide focus, counsel, and direction to direct reports and managers.
- Develop and implement improvement programs across the property.
- Manage internal and external relationships with patience, tact, and diplomacy.
- Prepare complex mathematical calculations, including budgets and forecasts, with accuracy.
- Initiate, complete, and finish large-scale work projects and tasks.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and meet operational deadlines.
Requirements
- BSc Degree or its equivalent.
- Minimum of ten years of hotel experience.
- Seven years of supervisory experience.
- Previous experience in a Head of Department or Executive Committee position.
- Strong practical knowledge of personal computers for data storage, development, and analysis.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts and provide proactive solutions.
