About the role
TeamAce Limited is seeking an Operations Lead to join a reputable organization in the Manufacturing and Agro-Processing industry. In this full-time position, you will work closely with the COO to drive plant readiness, manage project execution, and oversee operational transitions. The role is based in Marina, Lagos, and offers a net monthly salary between N800,000 and N1,000,000.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate plant readiness and operational transition by managing production, maintenance, HSE, quality, SOP development, and staffing.
- Track engineering, procurement, equipment installation, and contractor activities to ensure timely project delivery.
- Coordinate with OEMs, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to follow up on action items and escalate operational issues.
- Monitor key operational and project KPIs, maintain trackers, and prepare regular reports for the COO.
- Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, HR, Legal, Engineering, HSE, and Logistics teams to resolve issues and ensure material availability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, plant operations, or project execution.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, process/SOP development, and operational performance management.
- Proven experience managing OEMs, contractors, and key stakeholders with strong coordination and negotiation skills.
