About the role
Fadac Resources and Services Limited is seeking an experienced Operations Lead to oversee daily operations, warehouse activities, inventory management, and logistics for a client in the FMCG / Luxury Retail industry. The role is based in Lagos and is full-time. The salary range is N600,000 – N850,000 monthly.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, warehouse activities, and logistics coordination.
- Manage inventory, stock control, warehousing, order fulfilment, and product distribution.
- Monitor operational costs, resource utilisation, and team performance.
- Supervise warehouse and operations staff, ensuring productivity and accountability.
- Coordinate with sales, procurement, finance, and supply chain teams.
- Track operational KPIs, prepare reports, and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, warehouse safety standards, and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 7–8 years of relevant experience in operations and warehouse management, preferably within FMCG or luxury retail.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehousing, logistics, and cost management.
- Excellent leadership, organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and relevant inventory or warehouse management systems.
