About the role
Kanselor Business Innovation Campus is a business operating system designed to help CEOs build profitable, scalable, and self-sustaining businesses. We are looking for a dedicated Operations / Internal Control Officer to join our team in Lekki / Victoria Island, Lagos. This full-time position focuses on maintaining compliance, improving processes, and ensuring operational accountability.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to established standards.
- Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and process improvements.
- Conduct routine operational checks and internal control reviews.
- Work with relevant departments to strengthen operational efficiency and accountability.
- Review operational records and prepare reports on findings.
- Identify process gaps, irregularities, and operational risks, and recommend corrective actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Operations, Internal Control, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to monitor processes, ensure compliance, and improve operational efficiency.
- Candidates residing in or close to Lekki and Victoria Island are strongly preferred.
