About the role
Benmaris Limited is recruiting an Operations & Asset Management Officer for an LNG company based in Abuja (FCT). This is a full-time, contract position focused on commercial operations, customer management, and asset coordination.
Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations and proposals using approved price books and contract templates.
- Build and maintain a CRM-based customer funnel by sector, location, volume, price sensitivity, and credit status.
- Qualify leads by discovering current fuel use, consumption patterns, site access, and decision processes.
- Prepare customer onboarding packs, ordering workflows, and delivery processes in collaboration with Logistics and Operations.
- Maintain weekly pipeline and monthly volume forecasts, working with Finance on credit checks and payment security.
- Coordinate customer site surveys and maintain customer-readiness checklists.
- Support letters of intent, MoUs, and conditional offtake agreements with clear, legally reviewed conditions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in energy, gas, fuels, or industrial supply.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and using CRM tools.
- Ability to prepare commercial proposals and explain technical offers clearly and accurately.
- Willingness to travel to meet customers and visit sites.
- Good understanding of customer credit and contract basics.
