About the role
Kiyix Recruitment Hub is seeking a dedicated Operations and Internal Control Officer to join their team in Lagos. This full-time position is within the pharmaceutical industry and focuses on maintaining operational efficiency and compliance. The role is based in Lekki or Victoria Island, with a preference for candidates residing in these areas.
Responsibilities
- Monitor business processes to ensure they meet established standards.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulations.
- Identify areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
- Apply analytical skills to solve operational problems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Operations, Internal Control, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Residency in or close to Lekki and Victoria Island is strongly preferred.
