About the role
Castville Solutions is a recruitment and business solutions provider focused on the healthcare sector. They are looking for a smart and customer-focused Office/Shop Attendant to join their team in Idi-Oro, Mushin, Lagos. This is a full-time position where you will help ensure smooth daily operations and provide excellent service to customers.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers promptly with product selection and inquiries.
- Arrange and display products neatly on shelves with proper labeling.
- Process sales, issue receipts, and operate the POS machine accurately.
- Receive, verify, and organize incoming stock.
- Monitor stock levels and report any low stock, expired, or damaged goods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shop environment.
Requirements
- SSCE, OND, or NCE qualification.
- One year of experience as a shop attendant, sales assistant, or in a similar retail role.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Neat, polite, honest, and willing to work on weekends.
- Must reside close to the work location.
