About the role
Hyatt Regency Lagos Ikeja is looking for a Night Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Ikeja, Lagos. You will work closely with the Front Office Manager to ensure smooth night operations at the Front Desk. The role involves maintaining Hyatt International’s brand standards while meeting the expectations of guests, employees, and owners.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Front Office Manager in managing night operations.
- Ensure the efficient running of the department in line with corporate strategies.
- Maintain brand standards and service quality.
- Meet employee, guest, and owner expectations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience as Assistant Manager – Night, Night Manager, or Team Leader – Night / Guest Relations in a hotel.
- Well-developed communication and customer relations skills.
