About the role
Komaro Group is a diversified Nigerian conglomerate with a strong presence in hospitality and lifestyle sectors. Headquartered in Delta State, the group is currently seeking to fill two full-time positions as Night Duty Managers in Warri.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily hotel operations during night shifts.
- Supervise staff and ensure adherence to service standards.
- Manage guest relations and resolve operational issues.
- Prepare and review operational reports.
- Escalate significant problems to the appropriate management level.
Requirements
- HND or BSc in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- OND holders with substantial relevant experience may be considered.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in hotel operations, including supervisory or managerial duties.
- Knowledge of staff discipline, service standards, and operational reporting.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and coordination skills.
