About the role
Ascentech Services Limited is a human resource solution provider based in Lagos, established in 2013. They are currently seeking an experienced Nigerian Chef to join their team in Ilorin, Kwara. This is a full-time position focused on preparing high-quality Nigerian dishes while maintaining strict kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of Nigerian meals to high standards.
- Plan menus and ensure proper food portioning.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards.
- Monitor kitchen supplies and minimize food waste.
- Ensure timely preparation and serving of meals.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Nigerian Chef.
- Good knowledge of Nigerian cuisines and cooking techniques.
- Excellent hygiene and kitchen management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively.
