About the role
DreamCity Property & Investment Limited is a leading developer of residential and commercial real estate across Nigeria. They are looking for a talented Multimedia Officer to help communicate their brand identity and showcase their property portfolio. This full-time role is based in Jabi, Abuja.
Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality visual and audio content, including animated graphics, motion graphics, and short explainer videos.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create and schedule content for social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Design visually compelling materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, and corporate branding assets.
- Capture high-quality photographs and provide multimedia coverage for corporate events, product launches, and investor meetings.
- Plan, shoot, edit, and produce professional video content for marketing campaigns and property showcases.
- Maintain and update company websites with fresh multimedia content to ensure a strong user experience.
- Manage and maintain multimedia equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3–7 years of verifiable experience in multimedia content creation, graphic design, and video production.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design, video production, photography, and digital content creation.
- A Bachelor’s degree or HND in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Mass Communication, Film Production, or a related field.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software, including Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve, and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Excellent creative, conceptual, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
