Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards.
- Develop creative drink recipes and ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Provide excellent customer service by welcoming guests, taking orders, and recommending beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organization of the bar at all times.
- Monitor beverage inventory, track usage, and report shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and preservation of beverages and ingredients.
- Minimize wastage and ensure accountability for all bar supplies and equipment.
- Maintain and properly handle all bar equipment and report faults when necessary.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, departmental SOPs, safety regulations, and management directives.
