The Change Room is looking for a Medical Sales Representative Team Lead to join their team in Anthony, Lagos. This full-time position focuses on driving sales performance, leading a team of representatives, and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals. The company, established in 2012, specializes in human resource solutions and business management services.
Responsibilities
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer feedback.
- Manage key accounts and maintain relationships with physicians, surgeons, pharmacists, and procurement teams.
- Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations and company ethics.
- Lead product demonstrations, staff trainings, and symposia.
- Recruit, onboard, mentor, and conduct performance reviews for sales representatives.
- Analyze sales data via CRM to track metrics and market share.
- Develop and execute regional sales plans to meet targets.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or surgical sales with leadership exposure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Female candidates are preferred.
