About the role
Ginos Ventures Limited is an indigenous distributor of medical consumables and devices across Africa. We partner with over 15 multinational healthcare companies and serve a significant portion of healthcare institutions in Nigeria. We are currently seeking two Medical Sales Representatives to join our team in Nasarawa State.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share in your assigned territory.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales goals.
- Ensure our products are well-positioned and recognized locally.
- Deliver products to clients when required.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Respond promptly to enquiries and resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and promotional activities.
- Identify and onboard new hospitals and healthcare professionals.
- Track competitor activities and provide market insights.
- Submit accurate weekly and monthly sales reports.
Requirements
- A degree in Pharmacy, Medical Laboratory Science, Biological Sciences, Marketing, or a related field.
- Residency in Lafia or Keffi with familiarity of local health institutions.
- Minimum of 1 year of post-NYSC work experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales.
- Strong customer service, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Effective problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Ability to drive is an added advantage.
