About the role
Ginos Ventures Limited is an indigenous distributor of medical consumables and devices across Africa. We provide solutions for the procurement, distribution, and supply of medical consumables. We currently distribute for several multinational healthcare companies and maintain working relationships with over 60% of healthcare institutions in Nigeria. This is a full-time position based in Calabar, Cross River.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share within your territory.
- Identify, attract, and onboard new hospitals, healthcare professionals, and other potential clients.
- Maintain excellent relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and promotional activities.
- Consistently work towards meeting and exceeding assigned sales goals.
- Ensure our products are well-positioned and recognized within your territory.
- Respond promptly to enquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Track competitors’ activities and provide useful market insights.
- Submit accurate weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Deliver products to clients within your territory when required.
Requirements
- A Degree in Pharmacy, Medical Laboratory Science, Biological Sciences, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 1 year of post-NYSC work experience in medical sales or pharmaceutical sales.
- Great customer service skills.
- Sound negotiation and sales skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Must be resident in Calabar and familiar with the locations of health institutions in the territory.
- Ability to drive is an added advantage.
- Effective communication skills.
