About the role
Addoz Integrated Resources is hiring a Mechanical Maintenance Manager for a cashew processing facility in Mowe, Ogun. This full-time position focuses on keeping production machinery running smoothly. You will lead efforts to reduce downtime and ensure the factory operates efficiently. The role requires strong leadership and technical expertise in industrial mechanical systems.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose faults and oversee repairs for motors, gearboxes, pumps, and conveyors.
- Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and procurement.
- Supervise maintenance technicians and coordinate technical activities.
- Implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and workplace standards.
- Monitor performance indicators such as equipment availability and repair costs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in manufacturing.
- HND or B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
- Proven experience managing maintenance teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance reporting is an advantage.
